2. Login System
2.1 With ID of User's Profile
We work with a startup screen where visitors can identify by category of registration. Which it means to introduce the client only the values related to their profiles or the amount US$0 in the case of guests. Once the customer selects their specific profile the system takes him to the login screen where he enters your email and password choice.
2.2 Without Identification Profile
All potential buyers enter in the same way.
In both cases the customer places his email and password to start the buying process.

3. Acceptance of the Terms of Registration and Purchase
This step asks the customer to read and agree with the general policies of marketing of the event, which includes all information related to the customer protection.

4. Registration Type
As defined by the event, the customer can make a registration self and third-party or only for third parties.
This step is also the customer resents to all the variables of prices and discounts.

5. Calculating Values
Depending on the parameters placed in the previous step, the system calculates the values related to the registration and asks the customer to define the payment method that will be used.

6. Payment Methods
Visa, Master, Amex, Boleto Bancario (Brasil), Cheque, Paypal.
The customer chooses the means used to pay their registration.

7. Secure Payment Processing
The system devires the customer to any of our payment processing system, whether national or international, requiring data on the card in a high security environment, compliying with the standards of PCI Compliance.
The system returns to the customer the status of the transaction, whether it is approved, disapproved or awaiting confirmation.

8. Confirmation of Registration
When the user completes all the steps, he comes to a confirmation page with their registration number and barcode, if necessary.
If the event payment is confirmed, the customer will receive a message in their mail. We will send reminders every 15 days about their situation.
The barcode to apply in the scheme is based on the needs of the event and the card issuance provider that are used in the exhibition center.
There are also additional options for creating custom confirmations.

9. Online Reporting System
The organizer enters te reporting system in the moment they open the registration payment system where they can review, verify and act upon the results generated by the inscriptions. The organizer will be able to check at any time the products sold, the payments and those that are pending.
At the same time the organizer can download the full details when ever they want and use this for various communications.

Vouchers or Promo Codes
This application was developed to create unique and individual code or unique multipurpose, so that both sponsors and exhibitors who have entries within their packets can enter the system without them generate the same charges for such registration.

The system supports the inclusion of sponsors advertising (banners, logos) from the Login screen until the confirmation via email.
