For those events which addmission is free we developed a standarized online registration of Login and 4 steps so that you can capture the maximum information from the attendees. 2. Login System and Template Colors

Because of the Internet penetration we use email (whether personal or professional) and password created at the time to authenticate users who are logged. This login can also be used for future access to the system to change their information. The system has password recovery based on the email supplied to the time of registration.

The organizer can algo define the colors of the main components of the system adapting itself to the communication of the event.

3. Personal and Professional Data

In this step the user completes the basic questions related to their person and the company to which it belongs. Treatment, sex, age, name for the credential, addresses, phone numbers, physical address.

4. Opt in

For your event to have rest assured to comply with the laws of Habeas Data current in different countries, the user can choose how he want, if he wants to receive more information about the event. It is also asked how he find out about the event and if it holds specific codes of marketing tools the user can complete it. In this way the organizer can make decisions about which were the best media to your audience.

7. Registration Confirmation

The user to complete all the required and optional questions to answer goes to a confirmation page with your registration number and barcode, if necessary. The barcode to apply in the system is based on the needs of the event and its provider of credentials to use in the exhibition center. 

There are also additional options for creating custom confirmation.

8. Online Reporting System

The organizers agrees to the reporting system from the moment you open the registration system where you can review, verify and act upon the results generated by the registration. At the same time the organizer can download the full details when they want and use these for various communications.

10. Special Profiles and/or Side Registrations.

VIP / Avant Premiere. 

This applications works based on a number of investigations per exhibitor/sponsor generating each a specific login into the system to register their attendees or based on special codes that the exhibitor/sponsor/organizer sends to the clients so that they can register by themselves. 

Students

The application allows students register through a responsible, while the system can handle a maximum daily quota limiting the amount of students expected at the event. 

Vouchers o Discount Codes

This application was developed to create unique and individual codes or unique multipurpose, so that both sponsors and exhibitors who have entries within their packets can enter the system without them generate the same charges for such registration.
