Our Online Manual for Exhibitors will let you administrate quickly and efficiently the forms that exhibitors must complete to participate in an event, whether required or not. A simple yet comprehensive interface, which includes our online payment solution through credit card. So, you as an organizer, will have full control over the orders made by exhibitors, whether there are personal or third party generating information in real time, which may be used by the technical direction, by the operation area or by the quartermaster of the event.

4. Creating Products and Forms Based on the definitions made for each service, we will proceed to the creation of forms using the system standards, the rule of payment and shipping. We divide the Required and Optional Forms, which can be managed by the organizer and its providers. Ejemples of Forms:

6. Media & Payment Processing Visa, Master, Amex, Boleto Bancario (Brasil), Cheque, Paypal. The system derives the customer to any of our payment processing systems, whether national or international, requiring data on the card in a high security environment, complying with the standards of PCI Compliance. |
8. Order Confirmation When the customer completes all the steps, comes to a confirmation page with the registration number and barcode in case of need. |

5. Forms Management The organizer will have an online view of the forms submitted, payments made and pending, as well as a statistical information generated. The administrative area of the company may allocate payments in the bank to track those orders made by customers and automatically generate online confirmations. This allows to know what is the turnover of each form or service. The exhibitor can see which orders have already been made and which are pending at any time you access the system. |
6 Online Reporting System Each user, whether it's organizer, provider or exhibitor, will have access to customized reports depending on the level of access granted. Providers can download the orders and execute the related services. Information is available online as being the ideal complement to the exhibitor service center. |
