Our Online Manual for Exhibitors will let you administrate quickly and efficiently the forms that exhibitors must complete to participate in an event, whether required or not.  A simple yet comprehensive interface, which includes our online payment solution through credit card.  So, you as an organizer, will have full control over the orders made by exhibitors, whether there are personal or third party generating information in real time, which may be used by the technical direction, by the operation area or by the quartermaster of the event.

    Our Online Service Manual Step by Step

1. Briefing the Organizer Needs 

We work with the organizer to define which of the features available will be user for the event. This includes how to import the data from the exhibitors, their administration and which forms will be available online.

2. System Setup 

In general lines the system divides in: 

  • back end for the organizer, 
  • back end for the associated providers,
  • front end for the exhibitor.

 

Here the organizer may: 

  • Adjust text in the sections of the manual online.  
  • Upload the norms or rules specific of the event. 
  • Payment 
  • Define users by business area
  • Place sectors/areas/categories of the event. 

 

The system is Multilanguage. Developed in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

3. Deadlines and Associated Amounts 

In this step, the organizer shall: 

  • Set deadlines for submission of forms required 
  • The value of such services to date 
  • The maximum you can request a particular service in relation to m2 purchased at the event (number of credentials)

4. Creating Products and Forms 

Based on the definitions made for each service, we will proceed to the creation of forms using the system standards, the rule of payment and shipping. 

We divide the Required and Optional Forms, which can be managed by the organizer and its providers.

6. Media & Payment Processing 

Visa, Master, Amex, Boleto Bancario (Brasil), Cheque, Paypal.
The customer chooses the means that will use to pay the order. 

The system derives the customer to any of our payment processing systems, whether national or international, requiring data on the card in a high security environment, complying with the standards of PCI Compliance.
The system returns to the customer the status of the transaction, whether it is approved, disapproved or awaiting confirmation.

8. Order Confirmation

When the customer completes all the steps, comes to a confirmation page with the registration number and barcode in case of need.
In case the payment is awaiting confirmation, the user will receive a message in his email. We will send reminders every 15 days about the user's situation. 
The barcode to aply in the system is based on the needs of the event and of the provider of issuance and cards that will be used in the exhibition center.  
There are also additional options for creating custom confirmations.

5. Forms Management 

The organizer will have an online view of the forms submitted, payments made and pending, as well as a statistical information generated.

The administrative area of the company may allocate payments in the bank to track those orders made by customers and automatically generate online confirmations. This allows to know what is the turnover of each form or service. 

The exhibitor can see which orders have already been made and which are pending at any time you access the system.

6 Online Reporting System

Each user, whether it's organizer, provider or exhibitor, will have access to customized reports depending on the level of access granted. 

Providers can download the orders and execute the related services. 

Information is available online as being the ideal complement to the exhibitor service center.
